Training IV: Psychological Principles in Interpersonal Communication

 This training course focuses on the psychological rules of interpersonal communication. Liu Yunmei, the lecturer, pointed out at the beginning that there are various ways of communication according to different criteria. Liu Yunmei mentioned that the key characteristic of communication is interaction, the core idea is to pay attention to each other's feelings, and the principle is equality, harmony and win-win. Liu Yunmei vividly explained what is invisible violence, comparison and moral judgment with examples from life, and emphasized the importance of using correct and reasonable communication methods.
